A new option has been introduced to generate A4-sized labels for pallet shipments delivered to customers.
These labels can be printed for either a sales order or a delivery docket.
For sales orders, the pallet number and the total number of pallets can be handwritten on the label. To print pallet labels for a sales order, users can access the option via:
Sales Order Enquiry > Print Order button
Or;
The More Options button in the Sales Order Management Dashboard, Outstanding Sales Order tab in Global Customer Enquiry and Outstanding Sales Order tab in Global Inventory Enquiry.
For delivery dockets, the pallet number and the total number of pallets are printed on the labels. To print pallet labels for a delivery, the option is available when invoicing/confirming a sales order, or when despatching a Request for Credit (RFC) by ticking the box and entering the number of pallets.
Additionally, pallet labels for a delivery can be reprinted from the Delivery Docket Enquiry by selecting the Print Delivery Labels button and selecting Pallet Labels (A4). Users can also reprint labels from the newly added Pallet Labels (A4) button in Delivery Docket Maintenance.
The number of pallets for a delivery can also be edited directly in Delivery Docket Maintenance.
