Displays the basic general information for the selected customer that has been set up in the General Information tab of Customer Masterfile Maintenance. Please refer to the General Information tab of Customer Masterfile Maintenance for more information.

Outstanding Orders - Displays the value of outstanding sales orders for the selected customer.

YTD Sales - Displays the value of year to date sales for the selected customer.

Current - Displays the value of outstanding invoices for the current period for the selected customer.

30 Days - Displays the value of outstanding invoices that were created between 30 and 59 days prior to the current period for the selected customer.

60 Days - Displays the value of outstanding invoices that were created between 60 and 89 days prior to the current period for the selected customer.

90 Days - Displays the value of outstanding invoices that were created between 90 and 119 days prior to the current period for the selected customer.

120+ Days - Displays the value of outstanding invoices that were created more than 120 days prior to the current period for the selected customer.

On Account - Displays the value that has been placed on the account awaiting posting to an invoice or sales order for the selected customer.

Total - Displays the total value of outstanding invoices less any On Account amounts for the selected customer.

Future - Displays the value of unupdated invoices less any unupdated payments for the selected customer.

Last Paid - Displays the date of the last payment received from the selected customer.

Cred Limit - Displays the credit limit for the selected customer.

Credit Control - Displays the credit control status for the selected customer.

Main Account Shipping/Delivery Settings - Displays the shipping/delivery settings for the main account that have been set up in the Shipping/Delivery tab of Customer Masterfile Maintenance.

Delivery Addresses - Displays the shipping/delivery settings for specific delivery codes. Clicking the drop down arrow will allow users to select from a list of delivery codes that have been set up in the Shipping/Delivery tab of Customer Masterfile Maintenance.

Automatic Payment Settings - Displays a list of automatic payment settings for the selected customer.

Exports the list of Automatic Payment Settings to Excel.

Payment Tokens - Displays a list of payment tokens that have been created for the selected customer.

Exports the list of Payment Tokens to Excel.

Displays a list of Standard Messages for the selected customer. Please refer to Standard Sales Message Maintenance for more information.

Maintenance – Navigates users to Standard Sales Message Maintenance.

Exports the list of Standard Messages to Excel.

Contact – Clicking the drop down arrow will allow users to select from a list of Contacts for the selected customer.

Displays the selected contact's basic information.

New Contact – Navigates users to Contact Details Maintenance allowing users to create a new contact.

Contact Maintenance – Navigates users to Contact Details Maintenance allowing users to edit the selected contact.

Displays a list of Customer Classifications the selected customer belongs to. Please refer to Customer Class Definition Maintenance for more information.

Exports the list of Customer Classifications to Excel.

Displays a list of Document Destinations for the selected customer.

Maintenance – Navigates users to Document Destination Maintenance for the selected document.

Displays a list of Web Logins for the selected customer.

Maintenance – Navigates users to Web ID Maintenance for the selected Web Login.

Exports the list of Web Logins to Excel.

Displays a list of alerts that have been set up for the selected customer.

Displays the alert text of the highlighted alert.

Exports the list of Alerts to Excel.

Customer/Delivery Address - Allows users to select if they wish to view the Customer Custom Fields, or the Customer/Delivery Address Custom Fields for a specific delivery address.

Displays a list of Custom Fields/Attributes that have been created for customers. This tab will only be visible if you have created Custom Fields/Attributes for the Customer/Debtor Masterfile in Custom Masterfile Field & List Maintenance.

Displays the data for the selected Custom Field/Attribute.
