The United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC) has been added to Product Masterfile Maintenance and the Global Inventory Enquiry screen.

 

This allows users to assign and maintain a UNSPSC code for each product. The UNSPSC code is also available in the following reports:

 

•Visual Data and Reporting Studio (VDRS) Products Report

•Product Master Listing Report

 

For Office National EzCoded products, the UNSPSC code will be populated automatically. It will also be automatically assigned to any new products created from catalogue data or to products matched to Ezcodes during a product data import.
