The Product Master Listing allows users to generate a report that lists all products in your system and includes information entered in Product Masterfile Maintenance. This report should be your first port of call when wanting data relating to your products or stock levels.

Parameters to restrict the products you wish to see on the report. |
Active/All/Non-Discontinued |
All Active - Displays all products with stock on hand/on order/committed/backorder, whether they are discontinued or not. All Products - Displays all products on file. Non-Discontinued - Display all products that have not been marked as discontinued (NOTE: a product that has been marked as discontinued and still has stock will not be shown if this option is chosen). |
Sort By |
Vendor (Primary) - The report will sort and display by the primary vendor for the product. Product Group - The report will sort and display by product group. Product Sub-Group - The report will sort and display by product sub-group. Warehouse - The report will sort and display by warehouse. Bin Location - The report will sort and display by bin location. |
