Basic Service Job Details - Displays the basic service jobs details for the selected service job.

Equipment Details - Displays the equipment details for the selected job. Only applicable for Equipment Service Jobs. Where a service job was created without selecting an equipment ID users will be required to create the new equipment ID prior to completing the service job by clicking the New Equip ID button which will navigate users to Equipment Masterfile Maintenance.

Work/Equipment Customer Details - Displays the customers address details for where the equipment is located or work will be performed.

Billing/Invoice Customer Details - Displays the customers billing address details where the invoice will be sent. Users will also be able to change the Rep Code if required.

Global Customer Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Customer Enquiry.

Global Equipment Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Equipment Enquiry.

Global Inventory Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Inventory Enquiry.

Equipment Maintenance - Navigates users to Equipment Masterfile Maintenance.

Next (F6) - Navigates users to the Work Performed tab.

Notes & Attachments - Allows users to add/or view any Notes & Attachments that may be attached to the equipment ID. Please refer to Service Equipment Notes & Attachments for more information.

Back (F3) - Exits out of the selected service job allowing users to select a different service job.

Exit (F4) - Closes the Service Job Completion screen.

Save Changes - Saves any changes made.

Navigates users to the Quick Attach Files to Service Equipment screen to attach files to the Service Job. Please refer to Quick Attach Files to Service Equipment for more information.

Tech Code - The code for the technician who completed the job.

Date - The date the service job was completed.

Start Time - The time the service jobs was started.

End Time - The time the service job was completed.

Total Time - Will automatically populate from the start and end times entered.

Supp - Displays the suppliers name where the technician is a sub-contractor.

Supp Inv - The suppliers invoice number where the technician is a sub-contractor.

S/I Value (ex GST) - The supplier invoice value ex GST where the technician is a sub-contractor.  

Work Code - Will automatically populate with the work code originally entered in Service Job Entry/Maintenance.

Work Desc - Will automatically populate.

Work Performed - The description of work performed.

Invoice this Work Performed - When ticked, users will be able to enter labour charges if required. Note: Labour charges can also be entered in the Sundry Invoice Items/Additional Items tab.

Product - The product code.

UOM - The UOM will automatically populate from the product code entered.

Description - The description will automatically populate from the product code entered and can be amended if the selected product code allows.

Qty to Inv - The quantity of the selected product code to be invoiced.

Sell Price - The sell price will automatically populate from the product code entered.

G/P - Displays the percentage of gross profit of the selected product code.

Add Line - Adds the line to the list box.

Clear Line - Deletes the line.

Displays a list of work performed for the selected service job. Double clicking a line will allow users to edit the line.

Back (F5) - Navigates users to the General Information tab.

Next (F6) - Navigates users to the Sundry Invoice Items/Additional Items tab.

•Product Code - The product code to be added to the service job invoice invoice.

•UM - Displays the unit of measure for the line item.

•Description - The description of the line item (this can be edited if a product has been set up allowing description changes).

•Line Comm - A line comment can be entered for the line item if required, for multi line comments click .

•Qty to Inv - The quantity to invoice.

•Price - The price the product will be sold for.

•Cost Price - The cost of the product.

•Extension - Displays the total amount of the line item (i.e quantity x price).

•G/P % - Displays the gross profit percentage of the selected product.

•Sales Tax - Displays the amount of tax applicable to the total amount of the line item.

•Add/Update Line (F7) - Updates any changes and adds the line item to the service job invoice.

•Clear Line - Clears the line item and removes it from the service job invoice.

Displays a list of sundry invoice items added to the service job.

Back (F5) - Navigates users to the Work Performed tab.

Next (F6) - Navigates users to the Job Messages tab.

The Job Messages section is where messages that have been added regarding the service job will display. The message Type can be Visible or Hidden - Visible messages are for the customer and will show on the documents that are provided to the customer where Hidden messages are for the staff and will only show on internal documents. Clicking the will display a list of standard sales messages for the selected customer and/or system wide sales messages.

Displays a list of messages on the selected service job. Double clicking a line allows users to edit the message.

Back (F5) - Navigates users to the Sundry Invoice Items/Additional Items tab.

Next (F6) - Navigates users to the Complete Job tab.

Include on Invoice:

•Equipment Details - When ticked, equipment details will be included on the invoice.

•Work Required/Fault Reported - When ticked, work required/fault reported details will be included on the invoice.

•Work Performed - When ticked, work performed details will be included on the invoice.

Service Job Line Items - Displays a list of job lines that will appear on the invoice.

Print Completed Job Service Report - Allows users to print an Equipment Service Report.

Print Equipment Return Docket - Allows users to print an Equipment Return Docket.

Print/Send Invoice - Allows the user to select a destination for the invoice.

oYes - Default Destination will print or send the invoice to the customer based on the customer's settings.

oYes - Alternate Destination will allow the user to select a destination for the invoice using the standard Print/View/Send a PDF Document screen. This option can be useful when the invoice for a job needs to be sent to a specific contact.

oNo - Do Not Print/Send will not print or send the invoice to the customer.

Complete Job & Generate Invoice - Will mark the service job as complete allowing users to print a Completed Job Service Report and an Equipment Return Docket if required and generate an invoice.

Invoice Totals:

•Gross - Displays the gross value of the invoice.

•GST - Displays the GST value of the invoice.

•Total - Displays the total amount of the invoice.

Back (F5) - Navigates users to the Job Messages tab.
