The Equipment Masterfile Maintenance program allows users with access to create and maintain existing equipment details and add service agreements for equipment that they want to track in BBS, such as a product with a warranty or a maintenance agreement or for equipment which may have a serial number that you want to record. This screen has multiple tabs General Information, Service Agreements, Alerts, Managed Print Services, Meters and Consumables with each tab described in it's own topic.
