Company Position (F5)

Main Menu > Management Dashboard

The Company Position (F5) section of the Management Dashboard program has multiple tabs with each tab described below.

The Balance Sheet tab allows users to view financial movements and balances of their balance sheet general ledger accounts.

Balance Sheet Tab Screen

	Cost Centre - Defaults to 9999 (All Cost Centres). Clicking the allows users to select a different cost centre. Period - Will default to Current period, clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different period. Hide Zero Balance Accounts - When ticked, accounts with a zero balance will be hidden. Total Sub-Accounts to Header Accts - When ticked, sub-accounts will be totalled to header accounts.
	Displays a list of general ledger accounts, movement amounts for the selected period and balance.
	Account Enquiry - Navigates users to the General Ledger - Account Balances screen for the selected account displaying the account balances for each month for the current year. Please refer to General Ledger - Account Balances for more detail.
	Exports the information in the list box to Excel.

Profit & Loss Tab

The Profit & Loss tab allows users to view period to date financials for the selected period with a year to date figure of their profit and loss general ledger accounts.

	Cost Centre - Defaults to 9999 (All Cost Centres). Clicking the allows users to select a different cost centre. Period - Will default to Current period, clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different period. Hide Zero Balance Accounts - When ticked, accounts with a zero balance will be hidden. Total Sub-Accounts to Header Accts - When ticked, sub-accounts will be totalled to header accounts.
	Displays a list of general ledger accounts, period to date amounts for the selected period and year to date balance.
	Account Enquiry - Navigates users to the General Ledger - Account Balances screen for the selected account displaying the account balances for each month for the current year. Please refer to General Ledger - Account Balances for more detail.
	Exports the information in the list box to Excel.

Debtors Balances Tab

The Debtors Balances tab allows users to view outstanding debtor balances and ageing.

	Current - Displays the total value owing from Debtors in the current period. 30 Days - Displays the total value owing from Debtors in ageing period 30 days. 60 Days - Displays the total value owing from Debtors in ageing period 60 days. 90 Days - Displays the total value owing from Debtors in ageing period 90 days. 120 Days+ - Displays the total value owing from Debtors in ageing period 120+ days. Total - Displays the total amount for all ageing owed by Debtors. On Account - Displays the total On Account amount for all Debtors. Unapp'd Credits - Displays the total amount of unapplied credits for all Debtors. Active Accounts - Displays the total number of active debtor accounts with balances.
	Displays a list of Debtor Balances and their ageing.
	Global Customer Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Customer Enquiry of the selected customer.
	Users can filter to view All debtors balances or debtors with a 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days or 120+ Days balance.
	Exports the Debtors Balances to Excel.

Creditors Balances Tab

The Creditors Balances tab allows users to view outstanding creditor balances and ageing.

	Current - Displays the total value owing to Creditors in the current period. 30 Days - Displays the total value owing to Creditors in ageing period 30 days. 60 Days - Displays the total value owing to Creditors in ageing period 60 days. 90 Days - Displays the total value owing to Creditors in ageing period 90 days. 120 Days+ - Displays the total value owing to Creditors in ageing period 120+ days. Total - Displays the total amount for all ageing owed to Creditors. Unapp'd Credits - Displays the total amount of unapplied credits for all Creditors. Active Accounts - Displays the total number of active creditor accounts with balances.
	Displays a list of Creditor Balances and their ageing.
	Global Vendor Enquiry - Navigates users to the Global Vendor Enquiry of the selected creditor.
	Users can filter to view All creditor balances or creditors with a 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days or 120+ Days balance.
	Exports the Creditors Balances to Excel.

Inventory Position Tab

The Inventory Position tab allows users to view current stock holdings at both cost and sell prices for each warehouse.

	W/H - The warehouse code.
	Recalculate - Recalculates the inventory position by updating stock in/out movements since the last recalculation.
	Stock Valuation: •Stock Valuation As At - Displays the date, time and warehouse the last recalculation was performed. •Total Stock at Stocktake - Displays the value of stock when the last stocktake was performed and updated. •Total Stock at AV. Cost - Displays the date and value of total stock using average cost. •Increase of - Displays the increase/decrease in stock value since the last stocktake was performed. •Total Stock at STD Sell Price - Displays the total value of stock using the standard sell price, the gross profit percentage is also displayed. •Total Stock at Catalogue Price - Displays the total value of stock using the Catalogue Price, the gross profit percentage is also displayed. •Total Stock at Government Price - Displays the total value of stock using Government Price, the gross profit percentage is also displayed.
	Number of Products: •Searched - Displays the number of products searched. •With + on Hand - Displays the number of products with a positive on hand quantity. •With - on Hand - Displays the number of products with a negative on hand quantity. •On Hand/Zero Cost - Displays the number of products with stock on hand and a zero cost price.

Bank Reconciliation Tab

The Bank Reconciliation Display program allows users to view a reconciliation between the bank account balance in the general ledger and the last bank reconciliation for a selected bank code. By clicking on the magnifying glass beside the Bank Code field, users can select a different bank code from the list of bank codes that have been set up in their system.

	Displays the bank code, general ledger account number and cost centre of the selected bank code.
	Balance as per General Ledger - Displays the balance as per the general ledger. Deduct Deposits not yet reconciled - Displays the value of deposits that have been entered and are yet to be reconciled and deducts this value from the running balance. Add Payments/Cheques not yet reconciled - Displays the value of payments/cheques that have been entered and are yet to be reconciled and adds this value to the running balance. Calculated Bank Balance - Displays the calculated bank balance using the information above. Balance as at Last Reconciliation - Displays the actual balance as per the bank statement of the last bank reconciliation. Variance - Displays the variance, if any, between the calculated bank statement and balance as at last reconciliation.
	Last Statement – Displays the date and page number of the last bank statement that was reconciled.
	View Last Statement - Navigates users to the Bank Statement Enquiry screen. Print Report - Allows users to print either a detailed or summary report of all unreconciled transactions. Please refer to Bank Reconciliation Report for more information.
	Exports the bank reconciliation information to Excel.

Debtors Reconciliation Tab

The Debtors Reconciliation program displays a reconciliation for the selected period between debtors transactions processed in the debtors modules and the debtors accounts in the general ledger. Assuming that your balance sheet is set up correctly, the variances displayed down the right hand side, and at the bottom, should all be $0.00.

	Period - Displays the selected period. Users can select a different period by clicking on the drop down arrow. Trade G/L Acc - Displays the general ledger account number and cost centre for trade debtors.
	Opening Balance - Displays the opening balance as per the General Ledger for the selected period. Sales Invoices - Displays the total amount of invoices updated to Debtors accounts for the selected period. Credit Memos - Displays the total amount of credit notes updated to Debtors accounts for the selected period. Add Total Invoices - Displays the total amount of invoices minus credit notes updated to Debtors accounts for the selected period. Cash Receipts - Displays the total amount of Cash Receipts processed on Debtors accounts for the selected period. Discount - Displays the total amount of Discounts processed on Debtors accounts for the selected period. Add back Unposted Cash - Displays the total amount of any entered but unposted Cash Receipts on Debtors accounts for the selected period. Deduct Total Cash - Displays the total amount of payments less Discounts processed on Debtors accounts for the selected period. Debit Journals - Displays the total amount of debit journal entries processed to Debtors accounts for the selected period. Credit Journals - Displays the total amount of credit journal entries processed to Debtors accounts for the selected period. +/- Total Debtors Journals - Displays the total amount of Debtor journal entries for the selected period. +/- Other Items - Displays the total amount of any other transactions processed to the debtors ledger to the Debtor GL accounts. Calculated Debtors Balance - Displays the calculated debtors balance. Balance per ATB - Displays the balance as per the Debtors Aged Trial Balance. Variance - Displays the variance amount (if any).
	Refresh - Refreshes the screen to reflect any entries that may have been updated since opening the Debtors Reconciliation Display.
	Exports the debtors reconciliation information to Excel.

Creditors Reconciliation Tab

The Creditors Reconciliation Display program displays a reconciliation for the selected period between creditors transactions processed in the creditors modules and the creditors accounts in the general ledger. Assuming that your balance sheet is set up correctly, the variances displayed down the right hand side, and at the bottom, should all be $0.00.

	Period - Displays the selected period. Users can select a different period by clicking on the drop down arrow. Trade G/L Acc - Displays the general ledger account number and cost centre for trade creditors. Other G/L Acc - Displays the general ledger account number and cost centre for other creditors.
	Opening Balance - Displays the opening balance as per the General Ledger for the selected period. Creditors Invoices - Displays the total amount of invoices posted to Creditors accounts for the selected period. Creditors Credits - Displays the total amount of credit notes posted to Creditors accounts for the selected period. Add Total Invoices - Displays the total amount of invoices minus credit notes posted to Creditors accounts for the selected period. EFT Payments - Displays the total amount of EFT payments processed on Creditors accounts for the selected period. Cheque Payments - Displays the total amount of Cheque payments processed on Creditors accounts for the selected period. Reversed Payments - Displays the total amount of Reversed payments processed on Creditors accounts for the selected period. Other Payments - Displays the total amount of Other payments processed on Creditors accounts for the selected period. Deduct Total Payments - Displays the total amount of Creditors payments for the selected period. +/- Other Items - Displays the total amount of any other transactions processed to the creditors ledger to the Creditor GL accounts. Calculated Creditors Balance - Displays the calculated creditors balance. Balance per ATB - Displays the balance as per the Creditors Aged Trial Balance. ATB Less Unupdated Invoices - Displays the value of the Aged Trial Balance less unupdated invoices (if any). Variance - Displays the variance amount (if any).
	Refresh - Refreshes the screen to reflect any entries that may have been updated since opening the Creditors Reconciliation Display.
	Exports the creditors reconciliation information to Excel.

Inventory Reconciliation Tab

The Inventory Reconciliation Display program displays a reconciliation for the selected period between stock transactions processed in the inventory module and the inventory accounts in the general ledger. Assuming that your balance sheet is set up correctly, the variances displayed down the right hand side, and at the bottom, should all be $0.00.

	Period - Displays the selected period. Users can select a different period by clicking on the drop down arrow.
	Opening Balance - Displays the opening balance as per the General Ledger for the selected period. Stock Receipts - Displays the total amount of stock receipts for the selected period. Reverse Stock Receipts - Displays the total amount of reverse receipts for the selected period. Add Total Receipts - Displays the total amount of stock receipts minus reverse receipts updated to Stock accounts for the selected period. RFC Stock Returns - Displays the total amount of RFC stock returns for the selected period. Sales Invoices - Displays the total amount of invoices updated to Inventory accounts for the selected period. Sales Credits - Displays the total amount of credit notes updated to Stock accounts for the selected period. Deduct Total Sales Invoices - Displays the total amount of invoices minus credit notes updated to Stock accounts for the selected period. NCN/CAR Stock Returns - Displays the total amount of NCN/CAR stock returns for the selected period. BOM Builds - Finished Product - Displays the total amount of BOM build orders finished products. BOM Builds - Components Used - Displays the total amount of BOM build orders components used. BOM Movements - Displays the total amount of BOM Builds - Finished Product minus BOM Builds - Components Used updated to Stock accounts for the selected period. Quantity Adjustments - Displays the total amount of quantity adjustments for the selected period. Average Cost Adjustments - Displays the total amount of average cost adjustments for the selected period. Stocktake Adjustments - Displays the total amount of stocktake adjustments for the selected period. +/- Total Adjustments - Displays the total amount of adjustments for the selected period. Stock Transfers - Displays the total amount of stock transfers for the selected period. +/- Unknown Transactions - Displays the total amount of unknown transactions for the selected period. Stock Rounding Loss/Gain - Displays the total value of stock rounding loss/gain that has occurred during the selected period. Calculated Stock Balance - Displays the calculated stock balance. Balance per Ledgers - Displays the balance as per the Stock accounts. Variance - Displays the variance amount (if any).
	Exports a list of stock movements for the selected period to Excel. Please refer to Inventory Reconciliation Report for more information.
	Refresh - Refreshes the screen to reflect any entries that may have been updated since opening the Inventory Reconciliation Display.
	Stock G/L Accounts - Displays the general ledger account number(s) for stock.
	Exports the inventory reconciliation information to Excel.
