Several improvements have been made in BBS with regards to product image handling.

 

Images are now managed through the new Images and Resources tab of Product Masterfile Maintenance, and thus the image file field is no longer located on the General Information tab.

 

Users can now upload multiple images to a product, making it easier to manage and showcase your products from every angle, giving your customers a more complete visual experience. Users can easily reorder your images by highlighting an image and selecting to move it up or down. The top image is set as the primary image, and the image that will be used on quotes.

 

There is also no need to download and re-upload images anymore! Users can copy and paste an image URL from the web, and BBS will automatically download and attach the image to your product.

 

For consistency, the Online Resources information is no longer on the Product Details tab and has been moved to the NEW Images and Resources tab.

 

The NEW Images and Resources tab is also visible in Global Inventory Enquiry.

 

 

Users can view multiple product images directly from the Image button in Global Inventory Enquiry, Point of Sale and Sales Order Entry & Maintenance. Clicking the left and right arrows allows users to easily scroll through the images.
