The Service Management Dashboard allows users to view the status of all open service jobs, filter for only specific jobs based on their job types and view the service job schedule/booking calendar. This screen has multiple tabs Open Service Jobs and Service Job Schedule/Booking Calendar with each tab described below.
Open Service Jobs
The Open Service Jobs tab displays all uninvoiced service jobs.

W/H Code - Filter by warehouse code drop-down box.

Recalc (F3) - Recalculates the open service jobs allowing any new jobs to display.
Last Calc - Date, time and user of last recalc performed.

Technician - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a single technician to view jobs for.
|

Job Type - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select which job types they want to view.
•All - All job types will be displayed.
•Equipment Jobs - Only equipment jobs will be displayed.
•Customer/Site Jobs - Only customer/site jobs will be displayed. |

Search – Allows users to search for a keyword to filter the list (eg. part of a description)

Job Status - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select which job statuses they want to view.
•All Jobs - All job statuses will be displayed.
•All Open Jobs - All open jobs will be displayed.
•Part Complete - Only part complete jobs will be displayed.
•Completed not Invoiced - Only completed not invoiced jobs will be displayed. |

Displays a list of open service jobs based on the filters selected.
Job No - Displays the job number.
Job Date - Displays the date the service job was created.
Pri - Displays the priority of the service job.
Booked/Due - Displays the date the job has been booked in for or Not Booked will be displayed where the job has yet to be booked in, as well as the due date of the job.
Status - Displays the status of the service job.
Customer - Displays the customer code and name the service job is for.
Equipment - Displays the equipment ID (if applicable) for the service job.
Job Description - Displays the job description.
Alloc To - Displays the technicians code the service job is allocated to.

Exports the information in the list box to Excel.

Service Job Enquiry (F5) - Navigates users to Service Job Enquiry for the selected service job.
|

Global Equipment Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Equipment Enquiry (if applicable) for the selected service job.
|

Global Customer Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Customer Enquiry for the selected service job.
|

|
Audit Trail - Displays the audit trail of the selected service job.
|

|
Notes & Attachments - Navigates users to Service Equipment Notes & Attachments for the selected service job.

Reassign/Reschedule Jobs - Allows users to reassign and/or reschedule the selected job. Multiple service jobs can be reassigned and/or rescheduled by highlighting multiple lines.

Service Job - Works Required/Works Performed - Displays a list of works required/performed for the selected service job.

Service Job Schedule/Booking Calendar
The Service Job Schedule/Booking Calendar tab displays two weeks of the calendar at a time with weekends and non-trading days greyed out.

Clicking the displays the calendar 7 days prior to the current selected date, clicking displays the calendar 7 days succeeding the current selected date. Alternatively users can enter the start date for the fortnight they wish to display in the date box or if the fortnight is to start as of the current date, click the Today button.

Exports the information in the list box to Excel.

Displays a list of open service jobs based on the filters selected with a two week calendar showing bookings. Double clicking in a date cell for a service job will allow users to enter a booking for that day and a set time.
Service Job - Displays the job number, customer code, customer name and equipment ID (if applicable).
Tech/Booked - Displays the technicians name allocated to the service job and the date/time the job has been scheduled for or Not Booked will be displayed where the job has yet to be booked in.
Status - Displays the status of the service job.

Global Equipment Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Equipment Enquiry (if applicable) for the selected service job.

Notes & Attachments - Navigates users to Service Equipment Notes & Attachments for the selected service job.

Schedule Job - When clicked, the Schedule Service Job screen will pop up allowing users to enter the date and time to schedule the selected service job.
