The Global Employee Enquiry program is used to view employee information. This screen has multiple tabs General (F5) and History (F6) with each tab described in it's own topic.

Number 1

Employee – Users can enter an employee code if known or click magnifying glass to search.

Number 2

Audit Trail – Allows users to view the Audit Trail for the selected employee.

Number 3

Navigates users to the Quick Attach Files to Employee screen to attach files to the employee. Please refer to Quick Attach Files to Employee for more information.

 

NOTE: The below buttons are visible on all screens in Global Employee Enquiry.

Number 1

Exit (F4) - Closes the Global Employee Enquiry screen.

Number 2

Back (F3) - Exits out of the selected employee allowing users to select a different employee.

Number 3

Notes & Attachments - Allows users to add/or view any Notes & Attachments that may be attached to the employee. Please refer to Employee Notes & Attachments for more information.

Number 4

Jump To (F8) - (The options available in the Jump To button will be determined by userss access).

1. Enter Leave Adjustment - Allows users to enter leave adjustments.

2. Employee Maintenance - Navigates users to Employee Masterfile Maintenance for the selected employee.
