A new tab, Product Details, has been added to Product Masterfile Maintenance and Global Inventory Enquiry, allowing users to maintain/view product data relating to a product.

 

 

 

These new fields will be populated automatically when the next data import from the Office National catalogue data occurs. Note: In the Office National data, the blurb also contains the features/specifications list so this will be split out by BBS to show the blurb, features and specifications separately. Care has been taken to ensure that those that use the Double-T eCommerce platform will not see a change in how products are displayed online.

 

Double-T Users

The custom fields previously used for store products in Double-T - Colour, Size, Yield, Keywords and Features - have been retired and removed from the Custom Fields/Attributes tab. All data from these fields has been migrated to the new Product Detail fields, which will now be used for uploading information to the website.

 

Furthermore, the Double-T stock status override custom field has also been removed and replaced with a new database field located on the eCommerce Integrations tab of Product Masterfile Maintenance and Global Inventory Enquiry. All data from the previous field has also been migrated.
