Standard Warranty Service Agreement - The standard warranty service agreement

Warranty Length - The number of days the standard warranty is valid for.

Where no warranty or agreement exists the fields are left blank. Please refer to Entering a Service Agreement or Warranty for more information.

Number 2

Product Service Agreement and Additional Warranties:

S/A Code - The Service Agreement code

Start From - When the Service Agreement and/or Additional Warranty starts

Agreement Length - The number of days the Service Agreement and/or Additional Warranty is valid for

Add/Update - Adds the Service Agreement and/or Additional Warranty and saves any changes that were made

Clear - Clears/Deletes the information of the Service Agreement and/or Additional Warranty

Number 3

Displays a list of recorded Product Service Agreements and Additional Warranties for the selected product. Double clicking a line will allow users to edit or delete an existing Service Agreement and/or Additional Warranty.
