Reports Menu > Service & Maintenance > Equipment Masterfile Report/Listing |
The Equipment Masterfile Report/Listing program allow users to generate a report displaying the equipment information entered in Equipment Masterfile Maintenance, and equipment records automatically created when products are sold that have the Track Equipment in Service & Maint Module option selected in the Product Masterfile Maintenance - General Information Tab.

Parameters to restrict the equipment you wish to see on the report. |
Include Active/In-Use |
Yes - Active and in-use equipment will be displayed. |
Include Temp Inactive |
Yes - Temporarily inactive equipment will be displayed. |
Include Decommissioned |
Yes - Decommissioned equipment will be displayed. |
Include Returned/Void |
Yes - Returned/Void equipment will be displayed. |
Active MPS Equipment Only |
Yes - Only active managed print service equipment will be displayed. |
Sort By |
Equipment ID - The report will sort and display by equipment ID. Customer Code - The report will sort and display by customer code. Product Code - The report will sort and display by product code. |
When the required parameters have been entered, the Equipment Masterfile Report/Listing will be generated.
