The eStore Web Login Maintenance program allows users to create and edit eStore web logins / users.

 

eStore Web Login Maintenance Screen

 

Number 1

New Web Login - Allows users to create a new Web Login for the eStore.

 

NOTE: The password entered in this screen for the user is a temporary password that will be emailed to the user upon registration. The email the user receives will provide instructions on how to login to their account with the temporary password and reset their password so their account is secure.

Number 2

Web ID - Displays the selected Web ID. A Web ID is not the same as a the login customers use to access the website. It is a unique user identifier issued by BBS.

Username - The username for the selected Web Login.

Email address - The email address for the selected Web Login.

Change Username or Email Address - Allows users to update the selected web logins username and/or email address.

Contact Name - The contact name for the selected Web Login.

eStore ID - Displays the eStore customer ID number for the web login.

Cust Code - The customer code the selected Web Login belongs to

Account Mgr - Displays the Rep Code on the selected customer masterfile.

Default Del Code - Default delivery code for the selected Web Login (leave blank for no default delivery address) or click magnifying glass to search

Login Enabled - When ticked, the selected Web Login is enabled and the user will be able to login to their account.

Number 3

eStore Settings: Allows users to override the customer defaults set in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings and/or eStore Settings Maintenance - Customer Settings for this single user.

Display Invoice History -

oCustomer Default - Uses the customer default setting for Display Invoice History as defined in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings. If no default has been set up at the customer level, the system will use the settings defined in eStore Settings Maintenance - Customer Settings.

oYes - Own Orders - The selected Web Login can view only their own invoices for orders submitted under their web login.

oYes - All Invoices - The selected Web Login can view all invoices for the customer account.

oNo - Hides invoice history from the selected Web Login entirely.

Display Orders -

oCustomer Default - Uses the customer default setting for Display Orders as defined in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings. If no default has been set up at the customer level, the system will use the settings defined in eStore Settings Maintenance - Customer Settings.

oYes - Own Orders - The selected Web Login can view only their own orders submitted under their web login.

oYes - All Orders - The selected Web Login can view all orders for the customer account.

oNo - Hides order history from the selected Web Login.

Enable Loyalty Claims -

oAuto - Yes if no other Web Login for this Customer is flagged 'Yes' - Automatically enables loyalty claims for the selected Web Login if no other Web Login for this customer is flagged Yes.

oYes - Loyalty claims are enabled for the selected Web Login.

oNo - Loyalty claims are disabled for the selected Web Login.

P/O Number Required -

oCustomer Default - Uses the customer default setting for P/O number required as defined in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings. If no default has been set up at the customer level, the system will use the settings defined in eStore Settings Maintenance - Customer Settings.

oYes - A P/O number is mandatory for order submission on the eStore for the selected Web Login.

oNo - P/O number entry is optional for the selected Web Login.

Customer Admin -

oYes - The selected web login is an admin user for all other users in the same Authorisation Group.

oNo - The selected web login is not an admin user

Cost Centre Required -

oCustomer Default - Uses the customer default setting for Cost Centre required as defined in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings. If no default has been set up at the customer level, the system will use the settings defined in eStore Settings Maintenance - Customer Settings.

oYes - Per Order - A Cost Centre must be entered before submitting an order for the selected web login.

oYes - Per Order Line - A Cost Centre must be entered for each order line before submitting an order for the selected web login.

oYes - Per Order & Per Line - A Cost Centre must be entered for each order and order line before submitting an order for the selected web login.

oNo - Cost Centre entry is optional for the selected Web Login.

Cost Centre List -

oCustomer Default - The selected web login will use the customer default cost centres as defined in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings.

oUser Defined - The selected web login will use user defined cost centres.

Upload All Addresses -

oCustomer Default - Uses the customer default setting for Upload All Addresses as defined in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings. If no default has been set up at the customer level, the system will use the settings defined in eStore Settings Maintenance - Customer Settings.

oYes - Primary Customer Only - Only the primary customer’s address details are uploaded for the selected Web Login.

oYes - Primary and Secondary Customers - Both primary and secondary customer addresses are uploaded for the selected Web Login.

oNo - Where the web login is linked to a delivery code, only that delivery address will be uploaded, otherwise all addresses for the web login's linked customer will be uploaded for the user.

Favourites List Sharing -

oCustomer Default - Uses the customer default setting for Favourites List Sharing as defined in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings. If no default has been set up at the customer level, the system will use the settings defined in eStore Settings Maintenance - Customer Settings.

oEnabled - Favourites Lists for the selected web login can be shared with other web logins linked to the same customer.

oDisabled - Favourites Lists for the selected web login cannot be shared with other web logins linked to the same customer.

Default Storeview - Allows the selected web login to be registered to a specific storeview.

User Requires Order Approval: Users can require approval for their orders from a member of an Authorisation Group (eg their managers) before orders can be submitted.

Order Approval Required -

oCustomer Default - Uses the customer default setting for Order Approval Required as defined in Customer Masterfile Maintenance - eStore Settings.

oYes - Customer Default Amount - Orders placed by the selected web login above the customers default threshold will require approval before being submitted to BBS.

oYes - User Specific Amount - Orders placed by the selected web login above the user specified threshold will be require approval before being submitted to BBS.

oNo - Orders placed by the selected web login will be submitted directly without requiring approval.

Approval Threshold - The maximum order value that the selected web login can place without requiring approval.

User Defined Cost Centres :

Cost Centre - The users defined cost centre/s. Click the to add the user defined cost centre or the to remove the selected user defined cost centre.

Secondary Customer Accounts (for Address Upload): Users can be linked to secondary customer codes for address uploads.

Customer Code - Customer code for secondary customer account or click magnifying glass to search. Click the to add the customer code or the to remove the selected customer code.

Save - Saves any changes made to the selected customer Web Login

Delete - Deletes the selected customer Web Login (note this will also delete the user from the eStore)

Listing - Exports a list of existing customer Web Login's to an excel spreadsheet

Edit Web Login Product Visibility Settings - Navigates users to eStore Customer Product Visibility Maintenance allowing users to edit product visibility settings for the selected web login.

Configure Admins, Sub-Users and Approvals - Allows users to configure admins, sub-users and approvals for the selected web login. Please refer to Configuring Admins, Sub-Users and Approvals for more information.

Reset Password -  Allows users to reset the password for the selected web login and to force the selected web login to change their password upon next login, if required.
