Customer/Product Visibility Settings:

•Apply Customer Defaults - (N/A and unavailable when editing the customer's default product visibility settings)

oYes - The customer's default product visibility settings apply to this web login, and the additional settings entered here are to override the customer's default rules.

oNo - The customer's default product visibility settings DO NOT apply to this web login, and the settings entered here override the global product visibility rules.

•Show Contracted Prices -

oDefault (System or Customer Default) - Contracted products will be displayed based on system default, or customer default if a web login is selected.

oYes - Non-Discontinued Contracted Products - Non-Discontinued products on contract for the selected customer will be displayed.

oYes - All Contracted Products - All products on contract for the selected customer will be displayed.

Closed Baskets:

•Closed Basket from Favourites Lists -

oNo - The selected customer/web login doesn't have any closed basket.

oYes - The selected customer/web login has a closed basket and will only be able to shop from the selected favorites lists.

Displays a list of favourites lists for the selected customer. Double clicking a favourites list allows users to select/deselect the favourites list to be included in their closed basket. Note: As changes to favourites lists sync back from the eStore, only favourites lists set as None (Internal Only) can be selected for closed baskets. Refer to Customer Masterfile Maintenance - Favourite Products for more information.

Category - The category code or click to search.

Visibility -

oVisible - The category will be visible on the eStore for the selected customer/web login.

oHidden - The category will be hidden on the eStore for the selected customer/web login.

Add - Will add the category and visibility status for the selected customer/web login.

Clear - Will delete the category and visibility status for the selected customer/web login.

Displays the list of categories that have been hidden/shown for the selected customer/web login to your eStore.

Product Filter Rules:

Rule Description - The description for the BBS product filter rule.

Edit Filter - Allows users to create/edit the product filter using the Advanced Filter/Condition Builder.

Product Filter - Displays the product filter/s applicable to the selected product rule.

Visibility -

oVisible - The products will be visible on the eStore for the selected customer/web login based on the BBS product rule filters.

oHidden - The products will be hidden on the eStore for the selected customer/web login based on the BBS product rule filters.

Add/Update Rule - Will add the new rule or update any changes made to an existing rule for the selected customer/web login.

Delete Rule - Will delete the selected rule for the selected customer/web login.

Move Up - Allows users to control the order the rules execute where multiple filters may apply to the same product by moving the selected BBS product rule up.

Move Down - Allows users to control the order the rules execute where multiple filters may apply to the same product by moving the selected BBS product rule down.

Displays the list of BBS product rules that have been applied for the selected customer/web login to your eStore.

Catalogue Filter Rules:

Rule Description - The description for the catalogue filter rule.

Edit Filter - Allows users to create/edit the product filter using the Advanced Filter/Condition Builder.

Catalogue Product Filter - Displays the product filter/s applicable to the selected product rule.

Visibility -

oVisible - The products will be visible on the eStore for the selected customer/web login based on the catalogue product rule filters.

oHidden - The products will be hidden on the eStore for the selected customer/web login based on the catalogue product rule filters.

Apply Rule to matching BBS Products - When ticked, this rule will be applied to products even if they exist as a BBS Product. When unticked, this rule will only apply to products that don't exist as a BBS Product.

Add/Update Rule - Will add the new rule or update any changes made to an existing rule for the selected customer/web login.

Delete Rule - Will delete the selected rule for the selected customer/web login.

Move Up - Allows users to control the order the catalogue product rules execute where multiple filters may apply to the same product by moving the selected catalogue product rule up.

Move Down - Allows users to control the order the catalogue product rules execute where multiple filters may apply to the same product by moving the selected catalogue product rule down.

Displays the list of catalogue product rules that have been applied for the selected customer/web login to your eStore.

Product Filters:

•Source - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select the source of the product being hidden/shown.

oBBS Product - allows users to enter a BBS Product Code to show/hide

oCatalogue Product - allows users to enter a Office Brands to show/hide.

oSupplier Catalogue Products - allows users to enter a supplier and supplier item code to show/hide.

•Product Code - The product code or click to search when BBS Product is selected as the Source.

•<%BUYINGGROUP%> - The Office Brands or click to search when Catalogue Product is selected as the Source.

•Supplier - The Supplier code or click to search when Supplier Catalogue Product is selected as the Source.

•Supplier Item - The supplier item number or click to search when Supplier Catalogue Product is selected as the Source.

•Description - Displays the description of the selected product.

•Visibility -

oVisible - The product will be visible on the eStore for the selected customer/web login.

oHidden - The product will be hidden on the eStore for the selected customer/web login.

•Add - Will add the selected product to the product filter.

•Clear - Will clear the selected product from the product filter.

Displays a list of products and their Show/Hide status for the selected customer/web login. Double clicking a line allows users to edit the show/hide status or remove the product from the product filter.
