We’ve updated Point of Sale (POS) and QuickPOS to give users more control over pricing when changing the customer on a sale.

 

What’s new:

When you change the customer on a sale, you’ll now see an option to recalculate pricing.

This option is ticked by default; if you leave it ticked, prices will update based on the new customer’s pricing rules.

If you untick the option, the sale will retain its original pricing.
 

 

This change lets users keep original sale prices or automatically apply the new customer’s pricing, giving greater flexibility in managing sales.
