Two new buttons have been added to Payrun Entry/Maintenance to allow users to view errors or warnings for the payrun.
Errors include missing department codes or invalid ADE codes, and warnings include employees that have exceeded their standard hours, do not have enough leave accrued for leave being taken, and possible missing entitlement codes such as Superannuation Guarantee.
Employees with warnings will display in MAGENTA and employees with errors will display in RED.
If a payrun has one or more errors, you will not be able to save and lock the workfile, however you can still save and lock the workfile if there are warnings.
