A new reporting and data exploration feature has been added to BBS called the Visual Data and Reporting Studio which allows users to create custom reports from a set of provided base reports.
Users with access to the Management Information module will be given access to the Visual Data and Reporting Studio by default. To add the Visual Data and Reporting Studio for additional users, please use System Operator Maintenance - Edit Menu Access, select the Reports Menu and then tick Visual Data and Reporting Studio.
The BBS modules a user has access to will determine which base reports within the Visual Data and Reporting Studio users can access. To add or remove base reports that users has access to, please use System Operator Maintenance - Edit Program Access, scroll down to the Visual Data and Reporting Studio options and tick/untick the required reports.
Currently, a set of 36 base reports are provided (list below). Additional base reports will be added in the future and release notes will be sent out to users notifying them as new base reports are added.

Users can add, remove and re-order columns from reports, sort, filter and group data on reports, save a created report for regeneration at a later time, and export the created reports to Excel.
