The Supplier Product Catalogue Import/Maintenance program allows users to import and maintain ad-hoc supplier product catalogues where the data is only available in a spreadsheet and cannot be automated.

Number 1

Supplier - The supplier code or click magnifying glass to search.

Number 2

Catalogue - The product catalogue code or click magnifying glass to search. Enter a new code for a catalogue to create one. Please refer to Creating a new Supplier Product Catalogue for more information.  

Number 3

Catalogue Name - The catalogue name.

Number 4

Pricing Type - The catalogue pricing type.  

Actual Standard Pricing - Pricing will be imported as actual standard pricing ie. these are the prices you will pay if you buy from this supplier.

Guide Pricing Only - Pricing will be imported as a guide price ie. these prices are a guide only for the purpose of unit of measure matching.

Promotional Pricing - Pricing will be imported as promotional pricing ie. these are the prices you will pay if you buy from this supplier within the promotional period and should be treated as promotion costs/sell prices in BBS.

Number 5

Valid From - The date the imported supplier product catalogue is valid from.

Valid To - The date the imported supplier product catalogue is valid to.

Note: All automatically downloaded and imported catalogues will be dated from the date they are imported up to 31/12/2099.

Number 6

Clearout existing catalogue entries prior to import - When ticked, existing catalogue entries for the selected catalogue will be removed prior to import. This allows users to completely replace an existing catalogue with a new catalogue.

Number 7

Important Notes - Displays important notes relating to the information required to be entered into the spreadsheet for a successful import/edit.

Number 8

Save - Saves the selected supplier product catalogue and any changes made.

Number 9

Import/Edit Catalogue - Allows users to manually import or edit the selected supplier product catalogue. Refer to Importing Data from a Spreadsheet for more information.

Number 10

Delete Catalogue - Allows users to delete the selected supplier product catalogue.
