The Sales Report Generator - Period-By-Period allows users to generate a report on invoice based sales data grouping and summarising by all invoice, customer and product properties, displaying quantity, sales $, cost $, profit $ and G/P % for period to date and year to date of the selected period, and of the same period in the previous financial year if required. Users can select up to five reporting levels to sort and sub-total the report by each level. The lowest level selected (the level with the highest number) is the item that the reporting figures are displayed against, while each of the higher levels will be used to sort and sub-total the report. |
