The Sales Report Generator - Period-By-Period allows users to generate a report on invoice based sales data grouping and summarising by all invoice, customer and product properties, displaying either quantity, sales $, cost $, profit $ or G/P % for a number of periods from the selected starting period. (eg. selecting May 2019 and 24 months will show columns for May 2019 to April 2021). Please refer to Sales Report Generator for more information.

Yes - Will include invoices that have been marked to be excluded from the sales analysis. |

Yes - Freight charges will be included on the report. |

Users can select up to five reporting levels to sort and sub-total the report by each level. The lowest level selected (the level with the highest number) is the item that the reporting figures are displayed against, while each of the higher levels will be used to sort and sub-total the report. |

Quantity - Displays the quantity of products sold. Sales $ - Displays the dollar value of sales. Profit $ - Displays the dollar value of profit. Cost $ - Displays the dollar value of cost. GP % - Displays the gross profit percentage. |
