Office Brands are now scraping competitors within the industry for current pricing.

 

BBS is now able to import the competitor pricing from Office Brands and display it for users.

 

Currently, competitor pricing is only available one-by-one, meaning that BBS will only download the competitor pricing to BBS when requested by the user. In the future, we are hoping to be able to perform a daily download of the competitor pricing data to eliminate the delay of requesting the data for each individual product. Also, currently we aren’t receiving competitor product codes in the data. We are hoping in the future this will be fixed also.

 

BBS will only download the competitor prices for an Ezcode once per day making subsequent enquiries faster.

Please note: The data displayed to users is only as good as the data we receive from Office Brands. Currently it seems many products are missing the competitor UOM conversion factor however Office Brands have advised that this will be fixed over time. If you have any issues with data quality or missing data, these should be directed to Office Brands Support.
