Improvements have been made to the contract upload to WebX feature in BBS to allow a mixture of dynamic contract prices based on sell prices and also cost prices.

 

BBS facilitates this, where necessary, by uploading multiple contracts to WebX, one for each price level being utilised.

 

For example, if a customer is set to default to list price -5%, however gets INK AND TONER at government price -0% and JANITORIAL AND CLEANING SUPPLIES at cost +25%, BBS will create three contracts:

1.A base contract to cover all products, at list price -5%

2.A government price based contract to cover only INK AND TONER

3.A cost based contract for JANITORIAL AND CLEANING SUPPLIES, at cost +25%

 

 

Individual contract prices for individual products will also be uploaded to each contract to ensure they are picked up by WebX.
