After consent has been given to link eBay with BBS and the web order import settings have been configured in System Parameter Maintenance, BBS will check every 5 minutes for new eBay orders and import them into the Web Order Inbox.
Where the SKU field in eBay has been filled in with the BBS product code, then BBS will match eBay products to BBS product codes based on that.
Otherwise, users can enter ‘EBAY’+ItemItemNumber into the additional product codes field of Product Masterfile Maintenance to get the products to match up.
The Web Order Inbox will display eBay and the users eBay username in the Web ID/Delivery Ref column and will automatically link to the customer code as determined in eBay Integration in System Parameter Maintenance.
When viewing/editing the web order users will be notified if and how the order has been paid.

When all order details have been checked and the Create Sales Order button has been clicked users will be asked if they wish to use the billing and delivery addresses from the web order in place of the addresses on the customer/delivery address masterfiles. Clicking Yes will transfer the web order addresses across to the sales order.
The sales order is then processed as normal with the payment method selected (eg PayPal, eBay etc).
Unpaid Orders:
Where an order is selected to be paid via cash on pickup, or via another offline payment method (such as Bank Transfer), the order will not drop into the Web Order Inbox until the order is marked as payment received in eBay. For Pay-on-Pickup orders, it is recommended that you mark the order as paid in eBay as you receive them.
Pick Up Orders:
Orders for Pick-Up will display *** Customer Pick-Up *** in the shipping instructions on the web order. If payment is required on pick up, the shipping instructions on the web order will display *** PAYMENT REQUIRED ON PICKUP ***.
When a pick-up web order is converted to a sales order, the delivery address will be set to Customer Pick-Up and the Ship Via set to Customer Pick-Up as well.
