The Favourite Products tab is where users create favourite product lists for customers. Users can create one or more lists of products in a customers account that they anticipate the customer will want to buy.
Office Brands members will then be able to upload these favourite lists to WebX directly from BBS.

Favourites List – Clicking on the drop down arrow will display all Favourites Lists for the customer
Description - Displays the description given to the Favourites List
New – Clicking on the New button will start for the creation of a new Favourites List
Delete - Clicking on the Delete button will delete the selected Favourites List
Product Code – Enter product code to be added to the Favourites List
Comment/SKU - A comment or SKU can be entered if required
Add/Update – Adds product code to Favourites List
Delete - Deletes product code from Favourites List
Up/Down Arrows – The Up/Down arrows will change the sequence number of the selected product code in the Favourites List
Displays the products added to the selected favourites List
Import from Quote - Imports the products from a selected quote into the Favourites list
Import Contract Products - Imports the customers contract prices
Import Product List - Imports a product list where users can add multiple product codes at a time
eStore Publishing and Sharing Settings - Allows users to manage the selected favourites list eStore publishing and sharing settings.

Customer - Displays the Customer account code and name.
Favourites List - Displays the name of the selected favourites list.
Owner - Click the drop down arrow to select the owner of the selected favourites list.
Visibility - Allows users to select the visibility of the selected favourites list.
•Private - The favourites list will only be visible to the owner.
•Shared - The favourites list will be shared to one or more other users within the same customer.
•Closed Basket - The favourites list is used to create a closed basket and cannot be edited on the eStore.
Default Sharing Access - Allows users to select the default sharing access of the selected favourites list.
•No Access - By default, no other users for this customer have access to the shared favourites list.
•Read Only - By default, other users for this customer have read-only access to the shared favourites list.
•Co-Owner - By default, other users for this customer have read and write access to the shared favourites list.
User Access Overrides - Allows users to override default sharing access for other web logins within the same customer.
User - Click the drop down arrow to select the web login for access override.
Access - Access override for the selected user.
•Default - Access to the selected favourites list will be inherited from the default sharing access setting.
•No Access - No access will be given to the selected favourites list for the selected user.
•Read Only - Read-only access will be given to the selected favourites list, meaning the selected user will be unable to make changes to the list.
•Co-Owner - Co-owner access will be granted to the selected user for the selected favourites list, meaning they will be able to make changes to the list.
Add/Update - Allows users to Add/Update the selected line. NOTE: To remove a user from the list, select Default and then click Add/Update.
Displays a list of users access overrides.
A product in the favourite list can be updated or deleted by double clicking the product, making the required changes and pressing the Add/Update or Delete buttons. To move a product up or down in the favourite list, double click the product and use the UP or DOWN GREEN ARROWS that appear next to the Delete button.
If users would like to delete an entire favourites list, select the Delete button below the New button.
Users will need to click Save Changes after creating, updating or deleting a favourites list before exiting.
When the Import from Quote button is selected a pop up message will appear for users to enter the quote number to be imported into the favourites list.
When the Import Contract Products button is selected a pop up message will appear to confirm whether users would like to import current contract products or current and expired contract products into a favourites list. If the customer inherits contract pricing from another account, users will be prompted if they also wish to import the products that are on contract from the parent account.
Users can create a favourites list by selecting the Import Product List button. A pop up will appear allowing users to enter (or copy/paste) the codes for the products that are to be imported, the codes can be in any code format (eg. BBS codes, OEM codes, EzCodes, barcodes etc). If BBS finds multiple matches for a code it will result in a pop up asking which one to import. This can be useful to import products from spreadsheets such as sales history reports etc.
