The Consumables tab allows users to select which consumable of the 3 defaults on the product, or an alternative, to use for each consumable type for this machine, and also set the auto-replenish settings for the selected equipment ID.

Consumables for Equipment - Displays a list of consumables set up on the equipment product in Product Masterfile Maintenance - Consumables Tab. Double clicking a line will allow users to make changes if required. |

Consumable - Displays the selected consumable type. Consumable Product - The consumable product. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select from one of the consumable products set up on the equipment product or nominate a specific product. Where Specific Product has been selected, users will need to enter the product code or click Auto Replenish - Auto Replenish type for the selected equipment ID. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select from the following options; Disabled, % Remaining or Estimated Days Remaining. At or Below % Remaining/At or Below Days Remaining - The percentage value or days remaining to trigger the auto replenishment alerts for the selected consumable type. Qty On Site - The quantity of the selected consumable type currently on site. Where the BBS MPS Agent or other external integrated system is used this number will update automatically when a consumable is despatched or installed. Update - Updates any changes made to the selected consumable type for the selected equipment ID. |
