The Pick/Pack/Despatch Dashboard has been improved to make it easier to see the current status of each order at a glance.

 

Order lines will now display differently depending on what action is required:

 

•Bold – The order needs to be printed. This includes new orders or orders that have changed since they were last printed, such as when an order has been maintained or stock has been allocated.

•Blue – The order has been marked as picked for invoicing later.

•Magenta – The order has been printed and is ready to be picked.

 

These changes make it easier for staff to quickly identify which orders need attention and what stage they are at.
