A new option has been added to the Manual Manifest Entry/Maintenance screen to allows users to enter or scan in picking slip numbers to build their delivery runs.
When “Picking Slip” is selected, the system looks for any Delivery Dockets (generated during invoicing) that have not yet been manifested for the sales order. If it finds a single unmanifested Delivery Docket for that order, it automatically adds it to the manifest.
If multiple unmanifested Delivery Dockets exist for the same sales order, the user will be prompted with the message below. This typically occurs when the same sales order has been invoiced more than once on the same day without the first Delivery Docket being manifested beforehand.
