A new button has been added to Prepare Superannuation Payments, allowing users to switch a batch from automatic to manual payments.

 

This is particularly useful for customers who are set up for automatic super payments, but where the automatic payment fails to process for any reason. In these situations, users can now:

 

•Switch the superannuation batch to manual payments

•Pay the batch using the ABA file

•Click Send Remittances to issue remittance advices to the super funds

 

This enhancement provides greater flexibility and ensures super payments can still be completed on time if automatic payment processing is unavailable.
