General Stationery Supplies provides BBS with three prices in its data feed, intended to reflect volume pricing. Currently, BBS selects the cost in the following order: Cost 1 (if it is non‑zero); otherwise Cost 2; and, if both are zero, Cost 3.

 

Example:

We have identified that some customers were always being assigned Cost 3, regardless of the quantity purchased. To address this, we've added an optional parameter that allows users to select a specific cost level. If this parameter is not set, the system will continue to use the previous logic. If it is set, the system will use the chosen cost level and will fall back to the original logic if the selected cost is zero.

 

 

Please note that this configuration will need to be applied to both STKOH and PRDCAT EDI types if you are using a fixed cost level.
