Office Brands are currently not maintaining pricing for products that are only included in the ‘EXTENDED’ catalogue (e.g. Endless Aisle items). This applies to cost prices, list prices and government prices.

 

To accommodate this change, we have updated the logic in both the Office Brands Product Data Import and Office Brands Automatic Import of Price Changes programs. These programs will now ignore Office Brands pricing for products that exist solely in the ‘EXTENDED’ catalogue.

 

Please note that users will still be able to create new ‘EXTENDED’ only products from the Office Brands data; however, pricing for these products may be inaccurate until Office Brands resumes maintaining this product range.

 

We recommend reviewing any newly created ‘EXTENDED’ products to ensure pricing accuracy.
