We're making Back to School (BTS) processing faster and easier! You can now configure your system to automatically convert Office National Booklist web orders into Sales Orders, helping streamline order processing and reduce manual effort.
 

Configuration Highlights

•Automatic Conversion Settings - Users can now set their BTS web order import preferences via System Parameter Maintenance > eCommerce Integrations >Office Brands Integration to:

oAutomatically convert web orders to sales orders.

oSpecify whether sales orders should be placed on hold.

oIndicate if sales orders require manual stock allocation.
 

 

•Payment Mapping Required

It is important to correctly configure payment mappings within the Web/EDI Order Field Mapping Maintenance screen. This step is essential for proper payment handling during automatic conversion.

 

•BTS Payment Method Handling

If you'd like BTS orders to use a different payment method than standard corporate orders, you can:

oAdd a web value prefixed with BTS- (as above, first record) in your mapping to override the default.

oIf no BTS-specific mapping exists, the system will fall back to the standard payment method mapping (as above - second record).
