A new tick box has been added to the Web/EDI Order – Create Sales Order screen in the Web Order Inbox to allow users to copy the customer’s name and address details from the web order across to the sales order instead of using the address details on the customer account in BBS.

 

This box is automatically ticked for any web/edi orders that come through with the web id GUEST (including Back to School Booklists) and any orders that import via BBS’s eBay integration feature. Users can tick this box on other web orders received from customers that do not have an account set up (eg B2C orders).
