Users will now have to enter a reason when cancelling a sales order or quote.

 

The cancellation reason can be free typed into the Reason field or clicking the drop down arrow will allow users to select from a list of reasons. Reasons can be added if required via BBS System Lists Maintenance and selecting Sales Order Cancellation Reasons - OC.

 

The cancellation reason will be logged in the sales order audit trail.
