The BBS Atom app will allow you to streamline your business processes in the areas of customer service, warehousing, customer relations and inventory management. BBS Atom will also enable you to reduce paper and printer usage and could save staff hours across your business.
Users will be able to access a sub-set of BBS Accounting functions from a mobile phone or tablet while they are away from their computers. BBS Atom can be used by warehouse staff, sales reps, customer service staff and managers to perform tasks quickly and easily from their mobile device. All data is completely live giving your users the confidence that they are viewing the latest data and all changes made on the app are reflected in BBS immediately.
To access BBS Atom, your users will require a mobile device license which allows you to restrict which staff will be able to download the app and login to your BBS Accounting database. BBS Atom is broken up into modules, each which can be enabled or disabled on a per user basis. Certain functions within a module can also be enabled or disabled for each user as required.
