A change has been made to how the Notes & Attachments section for Debtors, Creditors, Products, Employees and Service Equipment work.

 

As is already the case in the CRM, Notes & Attachments are now combined into a single record type where users can add attachments to notes. All existing notes and attachments will be merged to become 'Notes' either with or without files attached.

 

Notes and attachments categories will be merged in your system.

 

Notes with attachments display in the Notes & Attachments list with a paperclip icon. Notes without a paperclip icon do not have any files attached to them.
