Store View - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select from the list of their eStore store views to add the web order settings to, or Global, to add the web order settings to all eStore store views.

Internal Web Order Notifications:

•Send Order Imported Notifications to Account Managers - When ticked, a notification will be emailed to the account manager attached to a customer when an order is imported into BBS.

•Send Notifications for Unassigned Web Orders to - Email address(es) for web order notifications where the order cannot be matched to a customer account.

•Send Notifications for Web Order problems to - Email address(es) for web order problem notifications.

Customer Web Order Notifications:

•Order Status - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select an order status to update status change notifications on.

•Send Email Notification on Status Change - When ticked, an email notification will be sent to the customer notifying them of the status change.

•Status Change Visible in My Account - When ticked, the status change will be visible in the customers My Account section on the eStore.

•Status Change Message - The message that will be displayed for the selected status change if either of the above options are ticked.

Click and Collect 'Ship Via' Methods:

•Ship Via - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a Ship Via method to use for Click and Collect eStore orders.

Click the to add the ship via method for click and collect or the to delete the ship via method for click and collect.
