The Outstanding Sales Order Report allows users to generate a report displaying a list of outstanding sales order lines that are yet to be invoiced using a selection of parameters.

Show Fully Allocated Lines |
Yes - Fully allocated lines will be displayed on the report. |
Show Partially Backordered Lines |
Yes - Partially backordered/partially allocated lines will be displayed on the report. |
Show Fully Backordered Lines |
Yes - Fully backordered lines will be displayed on the report. |
Show Orders Placed on Hold |
Yes - Sales orders that have been placed on hold will be displayed on the report. |
Ship Type |
All - All sales orders will be displayed using the selected parameters. Part Ship Only - Only part ship orders will be displayed using the selected parameters. No Part Ship Only - Only no part ship orders will be displayed using the selected parameters. Direct Delivery Only - Only direct delivery sales orders will be displayed using the selected parameters. Part Ship & No Part Ship - Only part ship and no part ship orders will be displayed using the selected parameters. |
Pick Date on or before |
Will display sales orders using the selected parameters with pick dates on or before the date entered here. |
Sort By |
Customer - The report will sort and display by customer. Warehouse - The report will sort and display by warehouse. Rep Code (S/O) - The report will sort and display by sales order rep code. Market Code - The report will sort and display by market code. Customer Group - The report will sort and display by customer group. Pick Date - The report will sort and display by pick date. Product Code - The report will sort and display by product code. Operator - The report will sort and display by operator. |
Summary/Detail |
Summary - Generates a summarised report of outstanding sales orders using the parameters selected. Detail - Generates a detailed report of outstanding sales orders using the parameters selected. |
New Page per Section |
Yes - When printed the report will print on separate pages when sorted by any of the Sort By parameters |
When the required parameters have been entered, the Outstanding Sales Orders Report will be generated.
