The Office Brands Product Data Download program facilitates the automatic download of product data from Office Brands and saves the data in the catalogue data files in BBS. A report is produced showing a summary of the information downloaded.

Refresh - A refresh download uses two date fields provided by Office Brands called Product Last Updated and Price Last Updated. BBS stores the latest date for both of these fields on import which allows BBS to only download product and pricing data for products that have changed since the last download reducing the download size. Full Download - A full download removes all Office Brands product data from BBS and re-downloads the entire data set. |
