The Mass Product Substitution program allows users to substitute a specified product code en mass to a different product code on outstanding sales orders using a selection of parameters.

From Product - The product code to be substituted on sales orders or click Description - The description of the product to be substituted. UOM - The unit of measure of the product to be substituted.
To Product - The product code being substituted to or click Decscription - The description of the product being substituted to. UOM - The unit of measure of the product being substituted to. |

Warehouses - Allows users to select a specific warehouse to substitute sales order lines, or all warehouses. Ship Types - Users can choose to filter sales orders via ship type, options are All, Part Ship Only, No Part Ship Only, Part & No Part Ship and Direct Delivery. Selecting a Ship Type filter will return results based on the ship type chosen. Qty to Sub - Users can choose to filter sales order lines to be substituted by Outstanding Qty, Backorder Qty and Allocated Qty. Selecting a Qty to Sub filter will return results based on the qty to sub chosen. If you only want to substitute any quantities that are on backorder, select Backorder Qty. Qty Conversion - The conversion factor of the From Product to the To Product. For example, if you a substituting a product that has a UOM of BX12 to a product that has a UOM of EACH, the Qty Conversion factor of 12 would need to be entered so that 1xBX12 converts to 12xEACH on each sales order line. Pricing Option - Users can choose to update the pricing for the selected sales order lines when the substitution occurs. Options are Keep Existing Prices, Adjust to Keep Same GP %, and Cust Default Price on To Product. |

Load Orders - Loads all sales orders that match the selected criteria. |

Available Lines - Displays a list of available sales order lines using the selected criteria. |

Select - Will select the highlighted sales order line to be substituted. Select All - Will select all of the available sales order lines to be substituted. Deselect - Will deselect the highlighted sales order line to be substituted. Deselect All - Will deselect all of the sales order lines to be substituted. |

Selected Lines - Displays a list of the selected sales order lines to be substituted. |

Substitute Product - Will substitute the specified product code on the selected sales order lines. |
