Customer/Delivery Address - The customer/delivery address. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different delivery code or all delivery codes.

MPS Billing Type - The MPS billing type. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different billing type.

•Where Customer Account (All Delivery Codes) has been selected as the Customer/Delivery Address users can choose from the following options:-

•One Invoice per Machine - A single invoice for each managed machine will be generated.

•One Invoice per Delivery Code - A single invoice for each delivery code will be generated for all managed machines assigned to a delivery code.

•Single Invoice for Account - A single invoice for all managed machines for the customer will be generated.

•Where a specific delivery code has been selected as the Customer/Delivery Address users can choose from the following options:-

•Same as Account - The selected delivery code for MPS will be invoiced as per the setup for the Main Account.

•One Invoice per Machine - A single invoice for each managed machine will be generated.

•One Invoice per Delivery Code - A single invoice for this delivery code will be generated for all managed machines assigned to the delivery code.

Customer Order No - Customer order number to use on MPS billing invoices or leave blank to use default.

Sales Rep for MPS - Sales Rep code to use on MPS billing invoices or leave blank to use default from customer.

BBS Manage Print Services Agent Settings:

•Username - The BBS managed print services agent username.

•Password - The BBS managed print services agent password.

Agent Scanning Settings:

•IP Address/Range - The IP Address/Range the BBS managed print services agent will scan.

•Addresses/Ranges - The saved IP Addresses/Ranges the BBS managed print services agent is scanning.

Allows users to add the IP Address/Range to the Addresses/Ranges list box.

Allows users to remove the IP Address/Range from the IP Addresses/Ranges list box for editing or deletion.

Save - Saves the managed print services settings.

Delete - Deletes the managed print services settings.
