Supplier Stock to include in 'Stock on Hand' calculations: Suppliers added in this section will have their stock quantities included in the ‘Stock on Hand’ total shown on your eStore. This lets you display supplier stock as part of your available inventory online.

•W/H - The warehouse code where you want to add the supplier’s stock quantities for the ‘Stock on Hand’ calculation.

•Supplier - The supplier code for the supplier whose stock quantities you want to include in your eStore’s stock on hand total.

Suppliers - Displays a list of Suppliers whose stock quantities will be used in 'Stock on Hand' calculations for the selected warehouse.

Out-of-Stock Settings: Defines the display of out-of-stock notations on the eStore.

•Display ETAs based on Supplier Lead Times - When ticked, ETAs will be displayed on the eStore for out of stock items based on supplier lead times set up in Vendor Masterfile Maintenance.

•Minimum Lead Time to Display (days) - The minimum lead time to display in days.

•Maximum Lead Time to Display (days) - The maximum lead time to display in days.

•Num Days to Add to Supp Lead Times - The number of days to add to supplier lead times.

•Default OoS Label - Default Out-of-Stock label to display where no ETA can be found, or where ETA display is disabled. e.g. Contact Us.

Out-of-Stock Supplier Overrides (Applies to Primary Supplier of Products): Defines any supplier level overrides to out-of-stock notations displayed on the eStore.

•Supplier - Supplier code or click to search.

•Override Text - Text to display for Out-of-Stock supplier overrides.

A list of suppliers that have Out-of Stock overrides will be displayed in the list box.
