Product Ranges allow users to define a list of product ranges/tags that can be assigned to products (eg. Christmas 2025, EOFY Promo etc).

For example, assign tags like Christmas 2025 or EOFY Promo to group similar products together, helping your customers find what they’re looking for quickly. When promoting a specific product range, users can create and send marketing campaigns with links directly to that range. For example, you can link to all products tagged with "Christmas 2025" via a URL like: https://www.abctrading.com.au/bbs_range/Christmas 2025 and when customers click on this link, they will be taken to a webpage displaying all products tagged with the "Christmas 2025" range, making it easy to showcase promotions and seasonal collections. These custom URLs allow users to easily share product ranges across emails, social media and other marketing channels, driving targeted traffic to the relevant products.

Product Ranges can be configured via eStore Settings Maintenance > Product Settings Tab. Simply enter a name for the product range/tag and click the to add the product range to your eStore settings.

To edit or delete a product range/tag, double click the relevant line in the list box in eStore Settings Maintenance > Product Settings Tab, make any necessary changes and click the to save those changes or click to  delete the selected product range/tag.
