Auto Delivery Rules allow users to set up subscription-based purchases for specific products, enabling your customers to receive regular deliveries automatically. These rules can be configured either at the store level or the product level, and may include discounts based on the frequency of delivery.

Users do not need to configure Auto-Delivery settings on each individual product. Instead, the system allows you to define global default rules that automatically determine which products qualify.

How It Works

Users configure Auto-Delivery at the category or attribute level (instead of the product level). When new products are added, they automatically inherit these rules - saving time and ensuring consistency.

Example: Attribute Inclusion With Attribute Exclusion

You may choose to include an entire category or attribute in Auto-Delivery, such as:

All Napkins

Then, if certain items within those categories/attributes should not be eligible, you simply add an exclusion so 'cloth' napkins are excluded:

Resulting Behavior

With these rules in place:

All napkins → Auto-Delivery enabled

Cloth napkins → Auto-Delivery disabled (because they match an exclusion)

In Other Words

You only define Auto-Delivery rules once at the category/attribute level.

The system automatically handles every product under those rules - no individual setup is required.

This ensures that all napkins will be available for Auto-Delivery except the cloth ones, and the same logic applies to any other categories or product attributes you configure.
