The Direct Marketing - Email Address Export allows users to export a list of email addresses for customers and/or suppliers using the parameters selected. This can be useful for when a third party person or marketing tool is used to perform your marketing campaigns.

Include Leads |
No - Leads will not be included on the report. Yes - Active Only - Active Leads will be included on the report. Yes - Active and Unqualifiable - Active and Unqualifiable Leads will be included on the report. |
Suppliers to Include |
Users can select All suppliers, No suppliers or suppliers used within the last 6, 12, 24 or 36 months |
Starting Supplier Ending Supplier Local/O'Seas Trade/Other Selected Supplier Postcodes Include CLOSED Suppliers |
Parameters to further restrict the suppliers you wish to see on the report. |
Include Accounts Email |
Yes - The accounts email address will be included. |
Include Sales/Purchasing Email |
Yes - The sales/purchasing email address will be included. |
Include Contacts for Selected |
Yes - The email addresses of contacts for the selected customers/suppliers will be included. |
Include Document Destinations |
Yes - The document destination email addresses for the selected customers/suppliers will be included. |
Add each Cust/Supp Only Once |
Yes - Only one email address will be included for each customer/supplier. |
Exclude Unsubscribed Emails |
Yes - Email addresses on your Unsubscribe list will be excluded. |
When the required parameters have been entered, the Direct Marketing - Email Address Export will be generated.
