The Department Maintenance program can be used to create and maintain departments which can be defined based on a set of sales reps or product groups for reporting purposes.

 

To create a department code enter a unique Department Code and select Yes when prompted.

 

 

Enter the Description for the department code you would like to create.

 

 

To Amend a department code enter the code for the department that you would like to amend or click the to search for the department, make the changes and click Save.

 

To Delete a department code enter the code for the department that you would like to delete or click the to search for the department and click Delete.
