The Customer Price List Report allows users to generate a price list for a specified customer using a selection of parameters.

BBS Code - The BBS Code will display on the report. EzCode - The EzCode will display on the report. Manf Part No - The Manufacturer Part number will display on the report. |
Prices to Display |
Excluding GST - Prices displayed on the report will be exclusive of GST. Including GST - Prices displayed on the report will be inclusive of GST. |
Include Core/Non-Core |
Core Products - Will include all core products on the report. Non-Core Products - Will include all non-core products on the report. Both Core/Non-Core Products - Will include all core and non-core products on the report. |
Include Products in Stock |
Yes - Will include all products in stock on the report. |
Include Products Sold to This Cust |
Last 6 Months - Will include all products sold to this customer in the last 6 months. Last 12 Months - Will include all products sold to this customer in the last 12 months. Last 24 Months - Will include all products sold to this customer in the last 24 months. Last 36 Months - Will include all products sold to this customer in the last 36 months. |
Include Products Sold to Any Cust |
Last 6 Months - Will include all products sold to any customer in the last 6 months. Last 12 Months - Will include all products sold to any customer in the last 12 months. Last 24 Months - Will include all products sold to any customer in the last 24 months. Last 36 Months - Will include all products sold to any customer in the last 36 months. |
Exclude Discontinued Products |
Yes - Discontinued products will be excluded from the report. |
Include all Contracted Products |
Yes - Contracted products will be included on the report. |
Exclude Variant Children |
Yes - Unless Priced - Will exclude variant children unless priced. |
Sort By |
Product Group - The report will sort and display by Product Group. Product Code - The report will sort and display by Product Code. Core/Non-Core Products - The report will sort and display by Core/Non-Core Products. Stock/Non-Stock Products - The report will sort and display by Stock/Non-Stock Products. Manufacturer - The report will sort and display by Manufacturer. |

Eg. In the below example we want to generate a customer price list report for all core products (regardless if the customer has purchased them before), we don't want to see all products in stock but we do want all products that have been purchased by this customer in the last 12 months and any customer in the last 12 months and then exclude products that are marked discontinued and include all contracted products.
Using the above parameters our report will display all core products in our system as well as all products sold to the specified customer and any customer in the last 12 months and exclude any products that are marked discontinued and include all contracted products.
