A feature exists in the Sales Ordering system to allow users to create a Back to School Booklist quotation that will create and link a booklist to the quote.
Selecting the BTS Booklist option in the Header tab of Sales Order Entry/Maintenance allows users to create a BTS Booklist Quote for the selected customer.
After clicking Next (F6) the below screen will appear.

Customer – Displays the customer code and name. School Year - Enter the school year the BTS booklist quote is for. Class Code - Enter the class code the BTS booklist quote is for. |

Description - The description of the BTS Booklist Quote. |

Booklist Type - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select the relevant booklist type. Status - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a Status for the BTS booklist quote. |

# Student/Packs - The number of students/packs expected to be quoted on. |
Booklists created from quotes will use the quoted prices on the booklists instead of automatically calculated prices on the booklists (ie based on the customers pricing/contract). Booklists can be unlinked from the quotes in the Booklist Management Dashboard.
