The Contract Price Rollover and Cleanup program allows users to move any Future Prices that are now current to the Current contract price, delete contract prices that have expired prior to a specific date or delete contract prices for products with no activity prior to a specific date.

Yes - Future prices that are now current will moved to Current contract price. No - Future prices that are now current will not be moved to Current contract price. |
Delete C/P Expired Prior to |
The date to delete contract prices that have expired prior to. If left blank, no expired contract prices will be deleted. |
Delete C/P with No Activity Prior to |
The date to delete contract prices with no activity prior to. If left blank, no contract prices without activity will be deleted. |
Report Only/Update |
Report Only - Will produce a report displaying any changes to be made using the selected parameters. Update - Will update contract prices using the selected parameters. |
Note: This program will run automatically each week in an auto-job to Move any Future Prices that are now current to the Current Contract Price. No contract prices will be deleted by the auto-job, however this program can be run manually by users at any time to delete expired and/or inactive contract prices. If you would like to receive a copy of the report showing which future contract prices have been moved to the current contract price each week, please contact support@bbsoftware.com.au so we can add your email address(es) onto the auto-job report.
